Game of Thrones leads the race with 24 Emmy nominations

The nominations for 2015 Emmy awards have been announced and Game of Thrones has come out on the top with 24 nominations, including the one for Outstanding Drama Series. Game of Thrones is followed by American Horror Story: Freak Show which has got 19 nominations and Olive Kitteridge with 13.

Sadly there has been no nomination for Outstanding Leading Actor or Actress for Game of Thrones as all of them are dead. However there are many more categories in which Game of Thrones has received nominations. You can check the nominations on the Emmy site.
