This new Jon Snow 'Game of Thrones' theory is making fans go crazy

Brace yourself. A fan theory so crazy that it will blow away your mind is coming! Fans of the A Song of Ice and Fire book series and also the TV show have always loved theories. Once in a while you come across fans who have dug deep into the books and come across theories that shock and surprise you.
The most popular fan theory is R + L = J theory which says that Jon Snow is the son of Rheagar Targaryen and Lyanna Stark which itself is crazy and now we have a new theory which takes this theory to the next level of craziness.
Redditor ghostchief posted a prediction for the opening scene of season 6 in which he imagined it as a flashback scene which involved Ned and Lyanna Stark. What he predicted next will come as a shock. So here it goes:
The dialogue swells and clarifies to [Lyanna's] voice,
"Promise me, Ned." Her eyes slowly close.
Ned begins to sob.
He raises his head to sound another high pitch noise coming from the foot of the bed.
A baby girl.
Yes, you read it right!! A baby girl! What if R + L = Twins.
So, if Lyanna had twins and Jon Snow was one of them, then who is the mysterious twin sister. Some people suggested that it can be Daenerys Targaryen but that can't be true as she was born on Dragonstone during a great storm. That's the reason why she is also called as Daenerys Stormborn. So, if it's not Daenerys, then who could it be. This leads us to the next part of the theory.
R + L = J + M That's right, Jon's twin sister might be Meera Reed and as crazy as it might sound, it does make sense. After the battle at the Tower of Joy, only Ned Stark and Howland Reed survived and if Lyanna had given birth to twins, each of them took a baby with them with Ned taking Jon and Howland taking Meera with him.
Also, it's interesting to note that Jon Snow and Meera Reed were born in the same year in which Lyanna died. So their age is proper for the twin theory. Also the actors who play their characters have similar looks, which might be a deliberate casting choice.
If this theory is true, then this just changes everything. Jon Snow gets resurrected as Azor Ahai and e teams up with Daenerys Targaryen and Meera Reed as the three heads of the dragon.
