After a break of one season, Hodor and Bran are finally going to be a part of Game of Thrones season 6 and it sure is going to be exciting for the fans. We had last seen Bran and Hodor with the Three-Eyed Raven, who is going to teach Bran to use his powers in a better way. He will be able to look back in time and see the events that happened and there are going to be flashbacks about the Stark family and also about Hodor.

Hodor is a fan favourite but there is hardly anything that we know about him. His real name is Walder and Hodor is simply a word that he keeps on repeating. No one knows what actually the word means. Recently Kristian Nairn, who plays Hodor talked about what Hodor might actually mean.

Naturally, fans are eager to know more about him and this is where season 6 gets exciting. Watchers on the Wall reported that season 6 will show the origin of Hodor.

A very reliable source confirms for us that we’ll be seeing a Stark family flashback, complete with the origin of Hodor. We’ve already uncovered the casting of young Ned; Ned’s younger siblings will be present too.

Last season we had seen a flashback which involved Cersei and it was good and now we are going to see flashback about the Starks. We know that yound Ned Stark has been cast for Game of Thrones season 6 and Sean Bean has been saying that he will also be back in the show. We are looking forward to watch these flashbacks which will tell us more about the Starks and Hodor.
